Order Cancellation & Return Policy

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled while they remain unshipped and have not entered production.
If cancellation is confirmed before dispatch, the full purchase amount will be refunded through the original payment method.
Orders already released to the carrier cannot be cancelled.

Returns
Return requests are accepted within 14 days after delivery.
Returned products must meet the following standards:

The item must not be used and must remain in original received condition.
All original packaging must be returned with the product.
A valid order confirmation or purchase proof must be included.

Please reach out to customer support before sending any product back. Return instructions must be provided before shipment is arranged.
Customers will not be responsible for more than one total shipping cost, including original and return shipping where applicable.
No restocking charges will apply.

Refunds
After the returned product is delivered and inspected, an email will confirm that the return has been reviewed.
You will be advised whether the refund has been accepted.
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method, typically within several business days depending on the payment service.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not arrived:

Check your bank account once more.
Contact your credit card issuer, as posting may require extra time.
Contact your bank, since processing times can differ.

Return Shipping
Return instructions will be issued once the return is approved.
For personal-preference returns or other customer-related reasons, return shipping may be paid by the customer.
For damaged products, defective items, or wrong shipments, return shipping costs will be covered.
