FAQ – Checkout, Orders & Assistance
How to Place an Order
Add the items you wish to purchase to your cart.
Proceed to checkout through the regular checkout page or PayPal.
Fill in your email, full name, and delivery address.
Apply a discount code in the Discount field if you have one.
Check your delivery details → enter payment information → click Complete Order.
A confirmation notice will appear after purchase and will also be delivered by email. Support: service@evainexa.com
Incorrect or Missing Items

A clear image under 1MB showing the issue
After the issue is reviewed, the correct product will be arranged at no extra cost. Email: service@evainexa.com
Confirming Your Order
Your order confirmation email includes your order number and purchase details. If you cannot locate it, check spam, junk, or promotional folders.
Modifying an Order
Order modification requests must be made before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the day the order is submitted. After that time, the order may already enter processing. Contact: service@evainexa.com
Cart Operations
Add items: Pick available options → Add to Cart
View cart: Open the shopping cart icon
Adjust quantity: Update the Quantity field
Remove item: Use Remove

Payment Options
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay.
PayPal Checkout
Click PayPal → access your account → approve the transaction → return to confirmation.
Discount Codes
Enter the promo code → select Apply → the discount will display in your order summary.
